Would give 0 stars. Had a booking for myself and my sisters for hair and makeup for a wedding. Asked for voluminous curls and ended up with hair that was fuzzy and practically straight; had to run out of the store to wash and re-do my own hair for the wedding. Vanessa was the stylist however she was a really nice girl and was understanding and was aware of her mistakes and acted in a respectful manner. The makeup artist however, is a stubborn and disrespectful lady. Her expertise in makeup is weak and the range the makeup artist has consists of practically nothing; 4 pallets, all Urban Decay with practically the same colours.. and a major attitude change when you speak your mind and say that you don't like the way the makeup is being done. Once I pointed out some errors in my sisters makeup she started throwing eyeshadows around and asked me to 'pick my own then' whilst murmuring to her colleagues in their language; are you 12 years old? I don't know who the makeup artist thinks she is but getting angry at a PAYING CUSTOMER because they are unhappy with your work is super unprofessional. Should not be doing makeup because you are not great at it; sisters walked out with unmatched foundation shades and eyebrow colours, unblended eyeshadow (who puts glittery eyeshadow in the crease anyways!?) and makeup that lasted a total of 4 hours before it went away. Do not recommend; horrible work from a super unprofessional makeup artist.
